Our principal company Pioneer Industrial & Engineering Co., was set up way back in 1957 which represented Voltas for their International Harvestor Construction Machinery Spares.

Prefit Industries, set up in 1966 undertook the reconditioning of undercarriages of Caterpillar and Komatsu tractors, Poclain and Hitachi hydraulic excavators, dozers and all tracked vehicles. They successfully set up and ran a 100% inhouse manufactured reconditioning unit including a 200 tonne twin ram track press, positioner, submerged arc welding set and other requisite machines and attachments. This unit was hived off in 1988 to concentrate on its main line of activity i.e. manufacturing and trading of earthmoving equipment spare parts. |
